"Excellent customer service"
This is the first time I bought something from Tory Burch. I bought two pairs of very similar looking shoes and by mistake I bought one of them wrong size. I contacted them to return one pair and exchange the other. They were very helpful and I received the correct size quickly. There was some issue on their side with the refund process, probably because of refund +return issue. When I contacted them they apologised and sorted it out straight away. All the communications were very polite and prompt. I'd definitely be shopping with them and recommend them to my friends.

"The classic shoulder bag is my favorite"
I got the fleming soft shoulder bag under my best friend's recommendation. Over 500 bucks, it's not cheap. Yet, it's totally worth my money. It can match most of my clothes for working. Overall, it's recommendable.
