What happened: The problem: I purchased some shoes from Tory Burch and they're too big and I need to return them.

What happened: I purchased shoes and bags at Orlando outlet. I exchanged it in Orlando and when I did, somehow the sales rep didn’t put the box in my bag. I need to exchange it in sawgrass and was told I could not because I didn’t have the box. Finally the manager allowed the exchange. Next, I wanted to return a bag I bought and get another color of same bag. The sales rep told me I had to return it and rebuy it. Causing me to pay more for the bag. Then I didn’t like it anymore because the shoes were uncomfortable and the bag was supposed to match the shoes. I didn’t need them, so I wanted to return. It was within the time and original package, and not used. The sales rep said I could not get a refund only a store credit. I want to know why I could not get a refund. I had to do another exchange and take a shoe that is way too big, because they don’t have my size. Why could I not just get a refund and buy the shoe when my size is available or even order one for me?
What happened: Hi and thank you for reading this email! I wanted to let you know that I had purchased black “miller” sandals almost * months ago. I don’t use these sandals daily except for casual special events. The bottom of these sandals shows wear but wear that would be expected for the time and the amount times I used them. I purchased these shoes along with a handbag in your Camarillo California store. I usually would never complain however, I paid a lot of money for these sandals hoping I would get a lot more wear out of them. I’ve had previous tory Burch miller sandals along with multiple flip flops that NEVER embarrassed me in a social gathering by breaking. I had to use the hostess flip flops for the remainder of the gathering. I saved the sandals in case a picture is wanted. I love Tory Burch and buy many many handbags from this company. I always will but I never want to spend the amount of money I do for her items if they are going to break like a **. Pair of sandals. I have other Tory Burch flip flops that lasted more than a year with continual use. Thank you so much for listening. I know this isn’t your fault. **
